HSE Management

The Integrated HSE Management Policy defines the principles by which we conduct our operations within MENA region with regards to health, safety, and the environment.

Management communicates the HSE program to all employees, customers, contractors, and third parties associated with our business, and each Integrated organization must provide positive evidence of compliance to the program.

The HSE Management System includes the following  components:

HSE Policy

Integrated, as a quality performance driven organization, shall conducts its business in a manner which will provide maximum protection to human health, safety and environment for all its employees, suppliers, customers, contractors and the community at large in in accordance with the local and federal laws.

It is our firm commitment that health safety and environmental objectives shall be accorded to the same priority as the company’s business objectives.

The company shall do its utmost to prevent injuries and occupational hazards and make all possible efforts to protect the environment by making all employees aware of potential risk and motivate them to proactively participate in the aspect.

The overall success of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) program is based on:

Management commitment, Planning and Accountability

Management is responsible and accountable for protecting the employees, assets and environment in accordance with the Company Chapter.

Employee Participation and Accountability

Line Supervisors are accountable for actions of their subordinates and will reinforce safe working behaviors. All employees are responsible for stopping unsafe act, alerting management for unsafe work area and following the company’s HSE policies and procedures.


Integrated commits to strive for compliance with all aspects of applicable HSE regulation, codes and standards and will develop & enforce procedures which provide guidance to all employees for meeting and exceeding these requirements in all their work area.


Integrated shall provide adequate training to ensure understanding of good HSE practices and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement
Integrated shall strive for continuous improvement in its HSE performance through regular assessment and review of its programs and process.

We commit ourselves to ensure that Integrated provides a safe and congenial environment for all its employees to work.

Quality Policy

Establish an integrated approach with an aim to provide best quality and value added services under one umbrella for all the logistics requirement of the customer. Attract the customer by providing Quick and Prompt, Cost Effective and Valuable Total Logistics solution;

Identify the resources, procure, develop or upgrade the resources to meet and exceed the customer logistics requirement. Organise the resources in a comprehensive •manner with high level of safety and environmental healthy process with a commitment to provide value added services to the customer. Continuously review the organizational capability to consistently provide comprehensive quality services that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements;

Aim for better return on investment so as to maximize shareholders wealth by pricing services with a reasonable return simultaneously attracting the customer with the best prices by enjoying a competitive hedge of lower cost with the concept of integrated approach in providing total logistics services, project management and environment services;

Establish the Quality Management System in harmony with the requirement of ISO 9001:2008;
Review the quality policy in regular intervals, modify, revise and update the quality policy to suit the revised objectives and to adapt for the changes required by the competitive market and with the innovative ideas aim for continuous improvement in the quality services
